For UK employers with 250 or more staff

Your gender pay gap report, done for a fixed fee

We work out your figures, check them twice, and write your statement and action plan. You review, sign and publish. It is all ready by February, well before the 4 April 2027 deadline.

No names needed. We work from employee ID numbers only.

The dates that matter this year

Snapshot date

5 April 2026

Your 2026/27 figures use pay from the pay period that includes this date.

Deadline

4 April 2027

The last day to publish if you are a private or voluntary sector employer. Most public bodies: 30 March 2027.

Coming next

Action plans

Voluntary this year, and mandatory from the 2027/28 reporting year. Start now and next year is easy.

Your payroll software gives you numbers. We give you a report you can stand behind.

Many payroll systems can print the six figures. But they are only right if the data going in is right: who counts as on full pay, what counts as a bonus, and which hours to use.

We check all of it, explain your result in plain English, and write the action plan the government now expects.

What you get

The six figures

Your mean and median pay gap, mean and median bonus gap, who got a bonus, and your four pay quarters. Worked out the way GOV.UK’s guidance says.

Checked twice

We work out every figure two separate ways. They must match before you see them.

Written statement

Ready for your director to sign. The law says a senior person must confirm the figures are accurate.

Plain-English narrative

Why your gap is what it is, in words your staff, your board and the local paper will understand.

Action plan

At least one action on your pay gap and one to support staff going through menopause, chosen from the government’s list and fitted to your business.

Publishing help

Step-by-step help to submit on GOV.UK and publish on your own website. Or we can submit it for you.

How it works

  1. Get your price by email. We confirm what you need and send a one-page proposal with a fixed price.
  2. Get our data template. One spreadsheet for your payroll team. ID numbers, not names.
  3. Send it securely. We check it and ask about anything that looks odd.
  4. Review your pack. Figures, statement, narrative and action plan, ready by February.
  5. Sign and publish. Your director signs. The report goes on GOV.UK and your website.

Common questions

Who has to report?

Any employer with 250 or more employees on the snapshot date. For private and voluntary sector employers, that is 5 April. You count people, not full-time equivalents.

Can’t our payroll software do this?

Many payroll systems can print the six figures. But they are only right if the data going in is right, and the software will not write your narrative or action plan. We check the data, explain the result and write the plan.

Is our data safe?

We only need employee ID numbers, never names. You sign our data processing agreement before you send anything, and we delete the employee-level file once you sign off. How we keep it safe
